
Englewood Health Welcomes New Trustee
August 25, 2025 — Englewood Health has appointed Leah Gologorsky to its Board of Trustees. An accomplished financial executive with more than two decades of experience in global finance and capital markets, Gologorsky brings deep expertise in strategy, risk, and operations to the board.

About Leah Gologorsky
Leah Gologorsky is a seasoned finance executive currently serving as global lead of bank counterparty strategy at Citadel Securities, where she has worked since 2022. In this role—and throughout her career—she has focused on financial resource management, capital and liquidity optimization, and counterparty strategy. She also has extensive experience in risk management, regulatory capital, and financial planning, developed through senior positions at Bank of America, Santander, Morgan Stanley, and Lehman Brothers.
Gologorsky holds a B.S. in economics with concentrations in finance and accounting from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. She lives in Bergen County with her husband, Dr. Yakov Gologorsky, and their family.
