If you need blood work or other lab testing, Englewood Health offers several convenient options. 

Englewood Hospital Outpatient Laboratory

Open to anyone with a valid paper prescription (including new patients) or any existing patients of Englewood Hospital or the Englewood Health Physician Network with an electronic requisition entered into their medical record.

The Outpatient Laboratory is located at our main hospital campus. Free parking is available.

When you arrive at the front desk, our team will direct you to the registration area and to the blood draw center.

Hours of Operation

Walk-in only; no appointment necessary

• Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Saturday: 7 a.m. – 2 p.m. (Glucose tolerance testing is performed Monday through Friday only.)

Englewood Health Urgent Care Centers

• Urgent Care Centers are open to all new and existing patients needing an urgent care visit. For lab-work only, you must be an existing patient of the Englewood Health Physician Network (EHPN) and have an electronic requisition from an EHPN provider entered into your medical record.

Englewood Health Physician Network Offices

• Many of our physician offices offer on-site phlebotomy and other lab services during your normal appointments. Please inquire directly with your physician's office.
