We offer several resources for childbirth education and to gain skills and confidence in being a new parent.

Self-paced Education

Our virtual program of slides, videos, and quizzes covers an introduction to labor, relaxation and breathing techniques, baby care basics, breastfeeding, and more. We recommend you sign up early in your third trimester.

Fee: This program is $100 and may be covered by your insurance (please check directly with your insurance carrier). You can pay the fee online with a credit card. Once we receive payment, you will gain access to the virtual program material for up to nine months. Contact community@ehmchealth.org with any questions.
